"I used this bag only 3 times (owned it for 2 months) before significant wear on the "leather. " Warranty claimed it was from normal wear. I'm so sad because I really wanted to like and support this company. I was willing to give them another try, but because they shrugged me off with my claim I'll be forced to look elsewhere. WASTE OF $90"
"Bought the bag thinking it would fit my 16” work laptop but the laptop sleeve is far too small to fit it. I doubt it would fit a 15” laptop as I have a 14” MacBook Pro and it just fits it with maybe about 2cm left. I requested a refund but their response was so patronising that I made the decision to never ever buy a Herschel again. Bought a Jansport instead and they only advertise for 15” laptop and it would easily fit bigger than 16”. John, you should be fired. Worst customer service I’ve ever had!"

"I believe it has been about three weeks now, and I still haven’t received the bag. I honestly don’t understand what review you are asking me to write when I haven’t even received the product yet. When exactly am I supposed to receive the bag? This is taking far too long. If I had known it would take this long, I would have just ordered it from Amazon. This experience has been extremely disappointing."

"I have been using Herschel backpacks since undergrad in college. I can honestly say that the durability, quality and style offerings of these bags is perfect for me. This is my 3rd bag across 16 years! I’ve ended up getting a new one around major life transitions and they really have carried me through various seasons of my life! My last one was a birthday gift in 2019 and I’m just now needing to replace it! Love the new color I chose and can’t wait to get more!"
