Terrible experience
"I made the purchase in-store to have the convenience of receiving the product at home. The product was delivered to the wrong address, and customer service told me to go to the post office and open a claim, then inform them. To me, this is absurd. They made the mistake, and now I’m the one who has to fix it. Instead, they should not only give me a partial refund but also send the product to the correct address as soon as possible. The priority should be making sure the customer receives the product they bought, and only after that investigate what happened on the enterprise's own."
