"I purchased my first Herschel Lego bag in July of 2025 and it has held up. It looks and feels the same as when I got it, no tears or stitches coming loose. The handles are easy to grab and fits great on my shoulders. It is not a daily as I WFH but when I do use it for my laptop it does the job. Appreciate the zippered top design and the magnetic clasp to keep things secure."

"The perfect tote for me! I usually use a Trader Joe’s bag and it’s just one giant pocket where everything gets lost. Bought this and all those pockets inside help. I take my elderly parents to Dr. appointments and it’s able to hold my water bottles, snacks, iPad or laptop, charger, extra clothes and my sweater. The zipper makes it extra easy."
"Love the color and feel, only wish it was a bit bigger. It has several pockets and my laptop slides in nicely, BUT the tote is very thin at the bottom so if you accidentally bump into something or drop the bag, there’s no padding for the laptop."

"This bag has a large sleeve pocket and 2 smaller stitched pockets on the other side. No zippers but the pockets are fairly deep. The fabric pattern is overall dark enough to not show dirt but has really fun colors and shows hints of its LEGO roots. Generous depth for shoulder bag. I’m hoping to enjoy it for many years."
"No doubt this is a beautiful bag. It is a great size and has a roomy front pocket and open pockets inside. It has a laptop sleeve that offers very little protection. I purchased this as a teacher’s bag. I do not feel this will offer much protection to my laptop and I will have to prop it up so my books do not spill out."
"Didn't receive my item. Fedex was stupid and wouldn't deliver it - even though they are in my building every day. 3rd party shipping service stinks and wouldn't tell me until I insisted and it was too late who had my package. Also YOU wouldn't resend me my bag. Horrible customer service."
"I was so looking forward to this tote. The fabric cut was not ideal, the pattern didn’t look as nice as I’d hoped. And as for the “padded” laptop pocket… there is really no padding to speak of. I could compare the quality to a grocery store reusable bag for a fraction of the cost. Last time I buy this brand."
"I absolutely love the bag, it is my new favourite. I would give it another 1/2 star but not an option. Great size, quick delivery, good quality. However, I am disappointed I didn't get the lego pencil like all the online reviews showed."
