ROOMY, WATERPROOF & GOOD AMOUNT OF POCKETS
"I purchased this backpack in the pink color with gold zipper and absolutely love it! I use it for work and its very roomy. Fits my 16in laptop and the 1 side pocket fits my 40oz Stanley the other pocket is for a regular sized umbrella. The big front pocket is roomy as well with a mesh insert for smaller things. It is waterproof-I got rained on the other day. I did take off 1 star because the zipper is a bit rough and doesn't glide as easy-due to the color I didn't want to put WD40 as it my go into the fabric and stain the color. The straps are thick and padded which I like. Overall, its a great backpack and will certainly buy again."

"I thought the backpack was waterproof, especially since I live in Vancouver, but it ended up getting wet and my books inside were damaged. Also, the zipper is very hard to pull."
