"The quality is great but it lacks functionality and space. There are not enough pockets for easy access and the diaper portion is far too small. I find myself pulling everything out and flattening the change mat as it easily crumples."
"The backpack was a perfect gift for a daddy for baby shower gift . It was filled all the things Daddy needs to care for his baby. No more walking around with Mommy’s diaper bag! PS I bought these for my som and my two sons-in-law!"
"Love this product! It's perfect for a more compact bag and easy to just throw on and go as opposed to carrying a diaper bag. The pad it comes with is perfect. The only thing I would say I didn't like is the pad didn't come with the net holders for diapers and wipes like our other bag did, that was a super great feature. Overall, this bag is perfect."
"I’m a well seasoned mom with 5 kids so I’ve had lots of diaper bag experience. This bag is the same amazing quality you would expect from all Hershel products, however, I don’t think there is enough functionality here. There are only 2 inside pockets for diapers which are very small and won’t fit larger diapers. Other than that there are no pockets other than the big dividing one, oh and you get a change pad but I don’t consider that such a perk. This needs way more pockets inside to be a good diaper bag sorry."

"Recently had to replace Sprout Backback after the zipper broke. The Sprout had since been discontinued and had go with the Settlement Bag instead. Had to pay additional $20 as the price had come up. After receiving replacement back found they had removed pockets from the change pad and side pocket from the bag. As any parent can attest you want all the storage you can get. All and all less bag for more money."
