"3 weeks after placing the order I’ve still not actually received a pencil case. Apparently a replacement was going to be sent but so far all I’ve received is an email telling me that my return request has been accepted with details of how to send back the pencil case I never got. . All in all it’s been a dreadful online shopping experience."

"The delivery was fairly quick, the deliverer however was indelicate with the package and cramped it through the slit in my mailbox. Not Hershel's fault though, so dismissable. The pencil case came packaged in a plastic-envelope in a camouflage design and the Hershel Supply Co logo on it. The packaging was slightly damaged, the pencil case however was perfectly fine. The material of the pencil case feels good, of high quality and sturdy. The zipper feels well-sewn go the edges of the pencil case, and there are no holes anywhere between the zipper and the pencil case's seams. The handle on the side is made from a different material, which feels way more sturdy, smooth and tear-resistant. The colour of the pencil case is in my opinion slightly darker and less vibrant than in the pictures. The pencil case stays true to its size and is comfortable to use with many but not too many pencils in it. All in all very satisfied with the price and quality of my purchase. I will recommend and would buy again."
