Almost ideal

"Really nice bag and size but the zip is very clunky. It doesn’t open and close smoothly."

did not receive package and tracking did not work

"I got a mail with tracking ID but whenever I pressed the link there was a problem and I am still unable to locate my order, weeks after I placed it. I did not receive anything, I paid for nothing and I want my money back."
