"For me Herschel bags are perfect. But this one in particular got two issues; I expected the part that's in contact with the back to have a harder pad, but instead it doesn't have much structure; and then, the base of the backpack is the same fabric but in a different colour, that is a nice aesthetic detail, but I expected a more tough material. Unfortunately, these are things that are not visible in the photos on the site, or at least for me it wasn't very clear."
